Project details live everywhere
Addresses, dates, files, notes, and report sections are split across different tools.
Envee is the Phase I workspace for environmental consulting firms. Field checklists, site photos, figures, records, and report writing live in one project, so what your team captures on site carries straight through to the signed report.
An animated preview of the Envee app with sample data. The buttons under it switch between the dashboard, the projects board, the report writer, the figures tool, and the city directory analyzer.
One workspace for the whole assessment
Spreadsheets, shared folders, email threads, and old templates can work for a while. Then projects pile up. Status gets buried. Records are hard to find. Follow-ups get missed. The work still gets done, but it takes more effort than it should.
Addresses, dates, files, notes, and report sections are split across different tools.
Agencies, contacts, deadlines, and follow-ups are difficult to manage in one place.
Notes, PDFs, request logs, and old templates still have to be rebuilt by hand.
Most project tools are not built for due diligence, fieldwork, records, and reporting.
Follow one Phase I site visit through Envee. It is captured once on site, filed with its sources, written into your own report template, then reviewed and signed by your environmental professional.
City directory: Sunshine Cleaners, 1974 to 1991
Aerial photograph, 1969
A 1.8 acre parcel developed with a one-story retail strip.
City directories list a dry cleaner in the west unit from 1974 to 1991. DERM reports no open enforcement cases.
A vent pipe on the north wall suggests a possible UST. Staining was noted at an interior floor drain. The transformer pad showed no leaks.

Projects move across the board as the work moves: the checklist is generated, the report starts, the final is approved. Anyone can see where a job stands without asking.
Generate the checklist for Riverside, start the report, then approve the final.
More on ProjectsYour team works through the checklist on a phone or tablet. Photos are captioned as they are taken, and nothing is lost when the signal drops.
Tick items, take a photo, then switch the signal off and on.

Start from USGS aerial imagery or a topographic base, draw the property boundary, label the adjoining properties, and place observations. Export the set to Word or PDF and attach it to the report.
Switch the base and toggle the layers.
More on FiguresCD Analyzer reads a city directory report, searchable or scanned PDF or spreadsheet, and builds the occupant tables for the subject property and each adjoining direction. Check any row against its source page, then download.
Analyze the sample listings, then download the tables.

Sections pull site details, observations, and photo references from the project, written in your firm’s approved language. Export to Word and PDF in your own template, then lock the final.
Insert language from the Library, then export.
More on Report writerThe site reconnaissance was performed on June 19, 2026 by Maria Reyes.

Requests, due dates, follow-ups, and responses, kept against the project instead of an inbox. Records requests is the next tool on the way.
Envee is in pilot with environmental consulting firms in South Florida, on live projects. Here is what the people using it every week say.
“Our field notes used to get typed twice: once on site, then again into the report. Now the checklist answers, photos, and figures are already in the draft when we sit down to write, and it comes out in our own template.”
“We walked a site with no signal at all. The checklist and photos kept saving on the tablet and synced the moment we were back in range.”
“Correcting a project fact once and seeing it update in every section is the feature I did not know I needed.”
No long implementation and no migration project. Your template and standard language come across first, so the first report out of Envee already looks like yours.
We show Envee on a project like yours and look at where your team’s hours actually go.
Your report template, standard language, team accounts, and active projects come across.
Your team runs a real project through Envee, from the field checklist to the signed report, with us on call.

Most firms start with the free audit, move onto the platform, and add a custom module only once they know exactly what they want. If the standard modules already cover you, we will tell you that and save you the money.
Straight answers on data, setup, and pricing. If yours is not here, ask it on a call.
Ask us directlyEach firm works in its own workspace, and Envee staff only access it when you ask us to, for support. Full hosting and security details will be published before general release, and we are happy to walk you through the current setup on a call.
No. The first module should improve one workflow, not force your whole company to change at once. Most firms keep their existing files, templates, and habits and let Envee sit around them.
The audit takes about a week. A standard platform setup is live within days. A custom module runs 3 to 6 weeks, and you see a working version every week along the way.
Yes. Your report template comes across at setup, photos and PDFs stay organized against the project, and exports come out as Word and PDF in the format your clients already expect.
Envee is built around the Phase I workflow first. Field checklists, figures, and city directory analysis are just as useful on Phase II and other site work, and a custom module can cover a process that is specific to your firm.
Small firms usually get the most out of it, because there is no one on staff whose job is chasing status. Pricing is per firm rather than per seat, so a small team is not penalized.
No. A custom module is private to your workspace for 12 months. After that we may generalize the underlying capability into a standard module, and you keep your version either way. We will always tell you up front which side of that line a build falls on.
Small changes are part of your plan. Larger pieces get quoted like any other module. There is no per-request billing and no hourly meter.
Then we say so and you owe nothing. Talking a firm out of software they do not need costs us an afternoon and saves you five figures.
Tell us a little about your firm and the work you want to move into Envee. We will walk through it using your own report template, not a generic demo.
